At the Ramen Shop


Hakata ramen (noodles in salty (tonkotsu?) broth with pork, pickled cabbage, scallions, ginger, carrots and sesame seeds) at Rai Rai Ramen.

The waiter talked us into trying a Taiwanese/Hong Kong specialty: stinky tofu!

Trying to suppress the gag reflex against tofu that smelled like feet.
