Clockwise from top: appetizers ntakos kritikos (diced tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, olives, oregano and olive oil over bread), and melitzanosalata (roasted eggplant, garlic, olive oil & herbs spread); entree mousakas (eggplant, potatoes, ground beef, bechamel), and lahanodolmades (my favorite - cabbage stuffed with meat and rice, topped with egg lemon sauce).
