This was the bottle of Sauvignon Blanc used in preparing the Valentine's Day meal; we picked the wine purely for that nice picture on the bottle. ;) Coincidentally, there's a pomelo salad recipe that popped up on my blog roll today.Just for kicks, this is a picture of what real pomelos look like (photo taken Dec '08 in Tambun, Perak, in Malaysia, where real pomelos live and die):
