A Variation on Espinacas con Garbanzos

This is my adapted version of smitten kitchen's spinach and chickpeas; okay, heavily adapted. I used collard greens instead of spinach, and jufran instead of tomato sauce. I should have stuck to the original recipe especially with regards to the jufran - the dish turned out a lot sweeter than I like. Oh well, next time...
